The Australian Magnum co, which is active in the exploration and extraction of iron ore,expressed the signing of an agreement with Saudi company Midetal. This company is active in the field of investigating the latest cast iron production technologies.

The aim of this agreement is the sponsorship of a project to study the feasibility of green cast iron production at Magnum’s Australian HI Smelt complex in Saudi Arabia. No carbon is emitted in the technology to produce green cast iron in the HIV Smelt complex.
