Export from Iran’s mine and Mining industries sector stood at $7.4 billion during the first seven months of the current Iranian calendar year (March21, October22, 2023), indicating 38 percent growth in terms of volume and 7.5 percent rise in terms of value YOY.
According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, Iranian mine and Mining industries sector companies exported 35,877,046 tons of products worth over $7.420 billion during the first seven months of the current Iranian calendar year (March21, October22, 2023), registering 38 percent growth in terms of volume and 7.5 percent rise in terms of value YOY.
During this period, steel chain products had the lion share of the total export with 6,419,787 tons followed by copper and downstream products with 175,247 tons, aluminum chain and products with 221,936 tons and zinc chain products with 238,992 tons.
Likewise, Iran exported 8,186,573 tons of cement chain products, 3,573 tons of molybdenum chain, 43,070 tons of lead chain, 117,087 tons of chrome chain products, 95,000 tons of antimony, 118,000 tons of titanium, 27000 tons of nickel and 213,000 tons of mica during the period under review.
