Managing director of National Iranian Steel Company and the accompanying delegation visited different parts of steel making project of Mianeh Steel Complex.

According to the Public Relations of Mianeh Steel Complex, during the visit, which was accompanied by a group of managers of National Iranian Steel Company and the executive board of Mianeh Steel Complex, Mohammad Aghajanloo, while visiting different parts of the project including casting and smelting was briefed the last steps of setting up these units according to the prepared schedule.

According to this report, Behrouz Radfar, the head of the Mianeh Steel Complex, expressed the steps taken to perform the first arc test in the near future and providing upstream electricity of the water supply and the EAF furnace support unit, during the visit.

Mohammad Aghajanloo discussed the ongoing actions during a meeting with the head of the Mianeh Steel Complex, the steel making project manager, consultant and project contractors.

At the beginning, Radfar expressed his satisfaction due to the presence of the MD of the National Iranian Steel Company and the accompanying delegation in the complex, explained the progress of the project and the measures taken during the recent months. In the following, Aghajanloo, while expressing satisfaction for the visible progress of the project by emphasizing on removing the existing barriers, thanked all those who are involved in the project and expressed hope that with the effort and seriousness, this process will continue until the end of the launching and emphasized the process of launching and implementing the first EAF in the Fajr decade this year.

It is worth mentioning that the steel making unit of the Mianeh Steel Complex will be operational with more than 82 percent progress in the near future.
