Mohammad Reza Movasaghi Nia, Deputy Minister of Industry, mine &trade and Chairman of the board of IMIDRO,glorified the performance of Shadegan Steel Industry Company in launching the furnace of the steel section without the presence of even a single foreign expert.

According to the Public Relations of Shadegan Steel Industry Company, movasaghi nia deputy minister, Aghajanloo, managing director of National Iranian Steel Company, Amin Ebrahimi, managing director of Khouzestan Steel Company and the attended delegation, visited the production site and projects of this complex, with formal reception by hossein kohzad managing director of Shadegan Steel Industry Company .

Deputy Minister of industry, mine &trade stated: “Shadegan Steel Industry Co. steel making project has made significant progress. This development shows the efforts and perseverance of the officials and employees of this complex.

He continued: “The performance of Shadegan Steel Industry Company in launching the furnace and starting it without the presence of even a foriegn expert is commendable. He expressed hope that by the end of this year the steel making project of  Shadegan steel industry Company will be put into operation so the youth of this region will be employed.

Prior to the statements of Deputy Minister, Hossein Kohzad,managing director of Shadegan Steel Industry Co,declared: “The progress of the projects in the previous year is equal to the past 10 years. This is due to my colleague efforts. Last year, because of electricity restrictions, we lost 40,000 tons of production, despite these constraints, production growth was higher than before.

Kohzad stated that the Shadegan Steelmaking Project is in the final stages and has made significant physical progress and will be put into operation in March this year.
