‎  In Turkey’s scrap import market, the recession of the ‎‎country’s rebar export has severely affected the willingness to buy scrap. The latest scrap price of 20-80  has been stabilized at $419.25 per ton CFR , but the asking price of Turkish buyers has fallen below 400 dollars. Due to the fact that the rebar producers in the current condition of the scrap market are unprofitable. ‎
