With the efforts of experts and specialists of Ghaenat Steel Complex, the first melting operation in this complex was successfully carried out.‎

‎According to the public relations of the Ghaenat Steel Complex, the melting operation was carried out in the  arc furnace of this complex without any presence of foreign experts and relying  only on local Iranian knowledge.‎

‎Hadi Abdi, the manager of the Ghaenat complex while expressing his happiness due to the measures taken, stated: “With the supreme supervision of the Imidro organization and the strategic management of the National Iranian Steel Company, we were able to complete this important task, which was the fruit of years of efforts of experts and specialists of this complex, and put the first steelmaking unit of South Khorasan province into operation.”‎
