Aghajanlou: without the presence of the private sector , attaining the goals of the mining sector is not possible

The Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors of Imidro stated: Achieving the goals of the ‎‎mining‎‎ sector in the Seventh Development Plan is not possible without the presence of private sector.‎

‎According to Imidro’s Public Relations, Mohammad Aghajanlou, in a meeting including the members of the Iranian Youth House of Industry, ‎‎Mine& Trade, announced: “regarding the 13% growth of the ‎‎mining‎‎ sector in the Seventh Development Plan, the presence of the real private sector is necessary to attain this goal.”‎

 ‎He added: the readiness of private sector to cooperate with Imidro is considered as” promising for development”, and it is believed that with the help of this sector,s synergy, our economy can be developed.”‎

‎While referring to the existence of 3 challenges facing Imidro for the ‎‎mine sector& mineral industries development, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Imidro stated: The development of technology, infrastructure, and green industry are among these challenges that require the entry of the private sector into these areas to solve the challenges.

Process changes and qualitative and quantitative development of mine and mining industries chains is conducted to added value promotion and job creation through the private sector’s cooperation, is a part of IMIDRO’s program, Aghajanlou stated.

As intelligence is one of the main IMIDRO’s programs in order to improve the quality of processes, so desirable but not enough actions have been conducted in this regard. Furthermore, IMIDRO has no credit limitations and will provide all necessary costs in order to promote the research sector, he declared.
