Seyed Mohammad Atabak, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, at the Steel Headquarters meeting stated:

“Steel is one of the mother industries and the pioneers of the country’s development, and this industry should continue its efforts to create renewable power plants and self-sufficient electricity.”

He noted: Accurate data in the steel industry, examining the impact of energy imbalance on achieving the goals of the industry’s vision, removing existing obstacles, creating added value in the steel chain and increasing efficiency are available measures to compensate some defects.

The Steel Headquarters is the upstream decision-making system in this industry therefor is responsible for monitoring, providing solutions and preparing policies to support the country’s steel industry.
