The secretary of the 11th Productivity Award Conference for Iranian Mines and Mining Industries stated: This conference will be held to honor productive companies, attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.

According to Nisco’s Public Relations, quoted by IMIDRO, Ali Bahrami Rad noted: The 11th Productivity Award Conference for Mines and Mining Industries of Iran is being held to recognize companies’ efforts and with the aim of encouraging enterprises to pursue continuous improvement and creating the necessary space to exchange successful experiences in the field of productivity.

He added: IMIDRO, in order to achieve its target in the Seventh Development Plan Law based on achieving 4.5% of the targeted 13% growth, through the growth of total factor productivity, as well as the implementation of the strategy of “Improving Productivity, Synergy and Competitiveness of the Mines and Mining Industries Sector”, is holding the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Productivity Award process with greater dedication & attention.

Referring to the details of the evaluation process of the companies participating in the Iran Mines and Mining Industries Productivity Award, the secretary of the 11th Productivity Award Conference declared: This process was carried out in two parts: “Evaluation of companies based on the productivity model approved by the National Productivity Organization of Iran” and “Evaluation of productivity improvement projects.”

He continued: “In the company evaluation section, 43 companies  with the collaboration of over 170 trained assessors. In the improvement projects assessment section, 54 projects from 27 companies were assessed, and the results will be presented on the conference day.”
