Mohammad Yaser Tayebnia, Managing director of Mobarakeh Steel Company stated:
One of our main measures in the current situation is to focus on developing projects that balance the steel chain and sustainability of production. Along with the steel chain, due to the limitations in the energy field, the first phase of the 914-megawatt combined cycle power plant was put into operation last month with the presence of the president.
Mobarakeh Steel 600 MW Renewable Solar Power Plant Project is in operation phases. At the same time, we have another renewable energy project that is in the early stages.
We have a plan to build 200 megawatts of wind power plants, which will start selecting a contractor within the next few months.
