The hot test of the electric arc furnace of Ghadir Neiriz Steel making was successfully performed.

According to Public Relations of Ghadir Neiriz Steel Complex, in continuation of launching the steel ingots production line of the steel plant of this complex, the first melting of the electric arc furnace of this factory on November 4th was successfully being done.

In this stage, more than 120 tons of molten steel in the first hot test furnace was being produced and all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and SVC equipment were successfully placed in its place due to the standards of the Danieli Company in Italy and in coordination with the employer, contractor and consultant team stationed on the site.

It is worth mentioning that the Arc test of Ghadir Neiriz Steel making  was successfully being performed in the first half of this year, and this comploex will add 1 million tons of steel to the country’s steel production capacity by the end of the year.
