iron ore concentrate production of major Iranian mining companies passed 28,7 million tons during the first seven months of the current Iranian calendar year (from March 21 to October 22, 2023).
According to the report of Public Relations of IMIDRO, iron ore concentrate production of 9 major Iranian mining companies stood at 28,774,175 tons during the first seven months of the current Iranian year (March 21-October 22, 2023), up 1 percent YOY.
Gol_e_Gohar Mining and Industrial Complex accounted for 6,325,753 tons of the total output, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 6,117,949 tons, Goharzamin iron ore Company with 5,357,160 tons, Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company with 2,616,993 tons, Sangan Mining Industries Company with 2,216,216 tons, Iran Central iron ore Company with 2,183,883 tons, Sanabad Development Company with 1,523,891 tons, Opal Parsian Sangan with 1,395,878 tons, Saba Nour Mining and Industrial Development Company with 804,906 tons and Jalalabad iron ore Company with 231,546 tons.
Meanwhile, Iran’s major mining companies dispatched 10,768,871 tons of iron ore concentrate during the first seven months of the current Iranian calendar year (from March 21to October 22, 2023), indicating a 23 percent rise compared with the corresponding period of the last year.
