Movasaghinia: IMIDRO Integrated Location Information System, facilitates mining exploration activities

The chairman of the board of IMIDRO stated: The integrated location information system is the basis of IMIDRO, a tool for the development of exploration activities and compensation for the backlog of this sector.

 Mohammad Reza Movasaghinia in the unveiling ceremony of this system, which was held with the presence of Reza Mohtashamipour, Deputy Minister, Mohammadreza Bahraman Head of Iran Mine House and Ahmad Gharaei, Deputy of Exploration of Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration of Iran, stated: One of the primary results of this system is the implementation of government policies and the Ministry of industry, Mine& Trade in order to clarify data and exploratory information.

He stated that the unveiling of this system was regarding to the 100-week IMIDRO programs, and continued, “The sharing of this data and its results which are present in the above system is a step towards providing information for the beneficiaries of the exploration field.”

The Deputy Minister emphasized that accelerating the activities of the exploration sector, analyzing the data, is to compensate the deficits that have been created over the past years.
