‎Iranian engineers in Zanjan for the first time in Iran built ‎the electric arc furnace transformer.

The transformer of electric arc furnace as the new product of Iran Terasfo Company,being produced by domestic engineers and relying on domestic ability, ‎‎was unveiled with the presence of the vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based economy.‎

‎According to the managing director of Iran Transfo Industrial Group, this type of transformer has been one of the imported products to the country and for the first time the production of this strategic product is being done in the country.

‎Mehdi Sadeghi Niaraki added: Iran Transfo is one of the five star knowledge-based companies in the country and the developement of exports is the goal of this complex.‎
