Introduction of SuSteel Hydrogen Plasma Based Green Steel Technology Project

The Austrian steel company Voestalpine is trying to produce carbon free steel according to EU climate targets by 2050. The global group is currently working hard to develop highly innovative technologies and manufacturing processes in line with the development of Green Steel, as an ambitious and phased project. At the company’s Linz and Donawitz sites, new processes that could successfully decarbonize steel production are being worked on.

‎‎Voestalpine is‎‎ constantly following its plan to achieve steel production without damaging climatic and environmental impacts.
