With the membership of Middle East Mines and Mineral Industries Development Holding company  in the World Steel Association,the number of Iranian companies member reached three.‎

‎‎Previously, last year, Mobarakeh Steel company & Arfa Steel Company were also became members of the association.‎

‎The World Steel Association is one of the largest industrial associations in the world, and its members are scattered throughout the world’s major steel-producing countries. Its members produce about 85 percent of global steel production.‎
