The annual ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the National Iranian Steel Company for the fiscal year ending March 20, 2024, approved the company’s financial statements.‎

According to the Public Relations of NISCO, the meeting was held  in the presence of Movassaghi Nia, Deputy Minister of Industry,Mine &Trade and Chairman of the Board of Imidro, Agha Janloo, vice Chairman of the Board of Imidro (former Managing Director of National Iranian Steel Company), Amir Eskandari, Financial Deputy of Imidro, Mousavi, Director of Assemblies Affairs of Imidro, Ghobadi Samani, Managing Director of National Iranian Steel Company, and members of the Board of Directors, deputies of this company and representatives of the govermental Audit Organization.‎

‎According to this report, after the official announcement of the meeting, the representative of the State Audit Organization presented a report on the review of the financial statements and performance of the National Iranian Steel Company.‎

‎After the report , the discussion and checking  the issues  in this report started, and accordingly the financial statements of National Iranian Steel Company were approved by the assembly.‎
