According to the Public Relations of Azerbaijan Steel Company, this meeting was held in the meeting hall of the National Iranian Steel Company with the presence of the majority of shareholders’ representatives, Azimi, Managing director of Azarbaijan Steel Company, members of the board of directors and a group of members of director,s council of the National Iranian Steel Company and Azarbaijan Steel Company.‎

‎In this meeting, while the board of directors were being elected,  the report regarding the activities of the board of directors , the auditor and the legal inspector of the company were listened.

 While appreciating and thanking the efforts of all the managers and hardworking personnel of the company, the financial statements ending 1402 (iranian calendar)of Azarbaijan Steel Company were approved by the annual ordinary general assembly of the company.‎
