Kurdistan Steel Industries Company ,by the end of June 2024 ,has been able to complete the Bijar sponge iron project by about 35%, due to perseverance and empathy of its managers and employees. ‎

‎ We appreciate this progress, which has been achieved with the support of the shareholders and the efforts  of the personnel of Ase Sanat Company as the main consultant and the International Engineering Company of Foolad Technic and MME in the form of a contractor. ‎

‎ Bijar sponge iron megamodule factory, which is one of the 48 national pioneer projects, can produce 1.6 million tons of sponge iron per year for the first time in the country (by the localized Pered method). ‎
