The  operation deputy of Sangan  Steel Mining Industries Company announced :the pellet production at the nominal capacity of this factory will be realized by the end of the year.‎

‎ Basid Ali Shamsinia stated: Sangan Steel Company is a subsidiary of Mobarakeh Steel and has a pelletizing unit with a capacity of five million tons and a concentrate unit with the same capacity.‎

‎He added: “we expect to cross the five million tons of pellets this year ” . So far, in the first six months of this year, we have produced 2,750,000 tons of pellets & 2,150,000 tons of concentrate.‎

‎Referring to the challenges of gas and electricity supply, Shamsinia continued: “If there are no problems, pellet production will reach five million tons.” Our goal is to increase the pelletizing capacity from five million tons to seven and a half million tons per year in the company’s development plans.‎

‎He also announced the construction of a two-and-a-half-million-ton concentrate unit and expressed his hope that this unit will also be put into operation by the end of 2025.‎
