The amount of sponge iron production in the Sepiddasht ‎‎Steel‎‎ DRI Unit reached 490,000 tons during the first half of this year, it indicates a growth of 3.6% in the year of surge in production. ‎

‎According to the company’s officials, the upward trend of production in the months of June, July, and August has paved the way for the realization of 110% of the production plan for the first six months of 2024 of Sepiddasht ‎‎Steel‎‎.‎

‎Also, during August of this year, the slab production of this complex was successfully implemented, which is an effective step towards setting up the steelmaking and casting unit of Sepiddasht ‎‎Steel‎‎ in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province as soon as possible.‎
