The first specialized meeting of the Human Resources Committee of IMIDRO and a group of human resources managers of affiliated companies and complexes was held with the presence of Dr. Goudarzi, Director of Human Resources, Training and Support of Imidro at National Iranian Steel Company.‎

‎According to the Public Relations of the National Iranian Steel Company, at the beginning of the mentioned meeting, Farhad Ebrahim Pourian, the human resources manager of the National Iranian Steel Company, while welcoming and appreciating the presence of everyone being here, presented a summary of the history of the National Iranian Steel Company and a report on the actions been taken within the framework of the development of the company’s strategic plans and the performance of the company’s human resources in the last two years.‎

‎He also declared: “In order to achieve the main goal of human resource development in the form of accurate and forward-looking planning with the aim of providing and organizing the current situation of human resources, taking into account the retirement of specialized personnel with key& non-outsourceable positions, the necessity of developing personal capabilities and training active forces should be prioritized.”‎
