Behabad Pelletizing Plant with a capacity of 4 million tons per year will be put into operation and producing the final product very soon, after final tests.

‎Ahmad Sadeghian, Managing Director of Ghadir Iranian Iron and Steel Company, stated in an interview with  ‎‎Chilan‎‎: “At the moment, preliminary measures have been taken to start the operation of the factory and we are entering the operation stage, and we hope with the activity of this unit we can observe a good increase in the production capacity of our country’s pelletizing capacity.”‎

‎He continued: we forecast of creating direct employment for 650 people with the launch of this steel unit, while this production complex has very high-quality equipment and is mainly domestically produced.”‎
