According to the Public Relations of the National Iranian Steel Company, quoting the Public Relations of Imidro, Managing Director of Azerbaijan Steel Company announced the company’s plan to reduce the ‘cost prices’ of its products.
Mikaeel Azimi, stated: part of these plans will be realized with the cooperation of knowledge-based companies, the construction of power plants, as well as the launching of the melting unit of Miyaneh steel co.
Regarding to the company’s standing in the production of steel products manufacturing , Azimi added: “The company’s products (including rebar, corners, studs, etc.) are being offered on the stock exchange, and due to their desirable quality and the most of the national projects prefer to meet their requirements from the Azerbaijan Steel company products.”
Referring to the cooperation of knowledge-based companies with Azerbaijan Steel Company in order to reduce energy consumption and consequently reducing the cost of energy, Mikael Azimi clarified: The executive operation of the power plant construction program under the supervision of the National Iranian Steel Company will begin next year.
Azimi added: “regarding the localization, we intend to produce those parts that can be manufactured domestically in cooperation with knowledge-based companies. Also, by defining research projects and signing contracts with reputable universities, we plan to supply the spare parts needed for the Miyaneh melting project.”
Regarding the company’s performance, Managing director of Azerbaijan Steel co stated: ” an annual production plan of 400,000 tons of products is being predicted, and during the eight months of this year, 210,000 tons of products with a variety of products from size 10 to 32 have been produced.”
Azimi added: “With the assistance of the National Iranian Steel Company for supplying the raw materials of this factory, we have witnessed an increase in production during the last three months.”
Managing director of Azerbaijan Steel Company while stating that our goal is to achieve the slogan of the year by the Supreme Leader’ Surge in Production Through People’s Participation’, stated: “We have tried to benefit from the power of public participation to maximize production capacity.”
