‎According to the Public Relations of the National Iranian Steel Company, quoting the Public Relations of Azerbaijan Steel Company, Azimi, Managing Director of Azerbaijan Steel, in an interview with reporters, stated: In accordance with the company’s plan to diversify the products and with the efforts of colleagues, the necessary technical measures have been made to produce rebar with A4 standard (S-500), and the first production in two sizes 20 and 28 was rolled for the first time in the company.‎

‎He added: This action is in line with the company’s plans to develop target markets & exports, as well as diversify the product along with the high added value of production, and measures have been taken to obtain the necessary standards. ‎

‎He continued: “The production is highly considered by the Supreme Leader in naming the current year, and we are trying to have surge in production.” ‎

‎Azimi stated: “This new product will have an important place in the company’s product portfolio due to having a high added value compared to A3 rebar and has a good customer in our neighboring countries, so we hope that with the cooperation of the General Directorate of Standardization, the necessary licenses will be issued for the mass production of this product and soon A4 rebar (S500)will be supplied on the market.” ‎

‎In conclusion, the Managing Director of Azerbaijan Steel Company stated: it is worth mentioning that this effort  done by colleagues is commendable and is highly necessary to be appreciated. ‎
