According to the Public Relations of the National Iranian Steel Company, quoting the Public Relations of Sepid dasht Steel Company, this MoU was inked due to the localization and technology development.

 With regard to the capabilities of Iran Transfo, the localization of furnace transformers required by Sepid dasht Steel Company will be carried out and will save 7 million euros from this cooperation. ‎

‎ This MoU has been inked in order to reduce dependence on imports, strengthen domestic production capacity, transfer technical knowledge, and support national production. It has also been decided that in addition to supplying equipment, Iran Transfo will also provide the necessary training for installation and launching to the experts of Sepid dasht Steel Company.‎
