The Chairman of the executive Board of Directors of Imidro announced the operation of 2 billion dollars of  mining & mineral industries project in 1403 (Iranian Calendar ).‎

According to the Public Relations of Imidro, Mohammad Aghajanlou stated:

 Mehdiabad zinc concentrate, Kahnouj titanium slag and a number of projects in the field of copper industry, steel chain and infrastructure are among the projects that have been put into operation. ‎

‎ According to him, the Ghadir Neyriz steel and graphite electrode projects were also completed at the end of 2024 and are ready to be launched. ‎

‎ The Deputy Minister of Industry,Mine and Trade, while announcing that the leadership and facilitation of this number of project was Imidro,s  responsibility and its investment with the participation of the private sector, added:” By launching these projects, more than 5,000 direct and 16,000 indirect jobs were created throughout the country.‎
