The capacity and production of the global ‎‎copper‎‎ chain (concentrate and refined) increased in the second month of 2025.‎

‎According to the Public Relations of imidro, the International ‎‎Copper‎‎ Studies Group (‎‎ICSG‎‎) in its new report stated: Global ‎‎copper‎‎ activists produced about 4 million and 590 thousand tons of refined ‎‎copper‎‎ in February 2025. This figure was 4,549,000 tons in the same period in 2024, which indicates an increase of about 9 percent.‎

‎The production capacity of refined ‎‎copper‎‎ factories in the world during the mentioned month was 5 million and 560 thousand tons, which increased by about 5.9 percent compared to last year’s statistics (5 million and 249 thousand tons).‎
