The physical progress of the first phase of water transfer from the Oman Sea to Isfahan province has reached 90% under the guidance of Imidro. ‎

‎According to Public Relations of imidro, the first phase of this project will be inaugurated this year. The executive operation of the early phase of the Oman Sea water transmission line to Isfahan province (the first phase of Sirjan-Isfahan) has started since 2022‎‎.‎‎ The provinces of Kerman, Yazd, and Isfahan are located along the route of this line of the water transfer project‎‎.‎

The length of the water transfer route in the early phase of Sirjan to Isfahan is 780 kilometers‎‎.‎‎ The employment rate in this second Persian Gulf water transmission line is as 8,000 people.‎
