Referring to the importance of IMIDRO in increasing the country’s GDP, the First Vice President emphasized: “The 14th government seeks to implement the strategy of replacing mining with oil in the country’s economy.”‎

‎Dr. Mohammadreza Aref, at the meeting of IMIDRO’s Council of Deputies stated:

The slogans of “carbon-free and plastic-free development” by developed countries are not benevolent and environmental, those who created terrible environmental pollution became the protector of the environment and after using all natural resources to increase economic production, the issues of greenhouse gases and land- warming became important to prevent the development of countries that rely on carbon and oil.‎

‎Referring to the sympathetic and prominent experts in the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, Dr. Aref continued: “The Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade has always been a leader in the country, and we expect the same from Imidro. He added, we are confident that with such prominent experts, most of the problems of this organization can be solved and we do not need higher licenses, but we believe that the problems of the industry and mine sector are permanent, which should be solved permanently with the presence of such experts.”‎
