According to IRNA,The head of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture stated: the government’s support package for industrial units in order to compensate the shocks caused by the 12-day imposed war was reviewed with the participation of the private sector.
Samad Hassanzadeh, referring to the meeting of the board of directors of the Iran Chamber with Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, the President, stated: In this meeting, which was attended by economic ministers, including the Ministers of Industry, Mine and Trade; Economic Affairs and Finance; and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, as well as the Governor of the Central Bank, regarding the government support package discussions were held.
Hassanzadeh continued: the board of directors of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture was informed about the framework of the government’s support package for industrial units and while supporting this support package, also announced its views on the more effective implementation of this support package.
The head of the Iran Chamber emphasized: The private sector believes that this support package, in addition to large industries, should also include small and medium-sized production units in all segments of society, and special attention should be paid to them with the aim of preserving the employment of these units.
