The Director General of Knowledge-Based and Technical Engineering Services office of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, referring to the structure of the Article 19 Committee, stated: “Representatives of relevant ministries such as oil, roads, and foreign affairs are present in the review of projects, and the vote of the Trade Development Organization is a privileged vote.” The presence of a representative of the Iranian Association of Exporters of Engineering Services in the composition of the committee is also official and significant.‎
