He noted: the company has won a three-star bronze award in the “Improvement Projects” section for (Increasing Production Rate in the Midrex Direct Reduction Unit) and a one-star bronze award in the field of (Iron and Steel Production Process) at the 10th National Energy Management Award Conference.

Mahmoud Mohammadi Fesharaki described the awards as synergy and planning in implementing the “Each Person Takes a Step Forward” strategy and optimizing energy to increase productivity and sustainable development.

He emphasized that governance in compensating the energy imbalance with technology adoption policies, economic approach, improved production efficiency, and full utilization of optimization capacities as very important factors and warned that the high cost or shortage of energy carriers could lead to the closure of industries.
