The export value of the mine and mining industries sector reached 7.1 billion dollars, with a 10% increase in export value in the first 6 months of 1404 (Iranian Calendar) quoted by imidro.

According to IMIDROs public relations, the Economic and International Relations management

of this organization announced the latest report extracted from the customs system as follows:

From the beginning of Farvardin to the end of Shahrivar this year (Iranian calendar), 38 million

532 thousand and 757 tons of various mine and mining industry products worth 7 billion and

107 million dollars were exported. This figure was 31 million ,74 thousand and 571 tons, worth

6 billion and 478 million dollars in the same period last year.

The comparison of the above-mentioned statistics indicates an approximately 24% increase in

tonnage and a 10% increase in the value of exports.

Top exports in the first half of 1404 (Iranian calendar) were related to the production chain of 3

products including steel, aluminum, and copper, amounting to 23 million, 20 thousand, and 882

tons, valued at 5 billion and 465 million dollars. Compared to exports in the same period last

year (15 million, 855 thousand, and 397 tons valued at 4 billion and 882 million dollars), this

represents a growth of 45% in weight and 12% in value, respectively.

According to the report, the share of exports from the mine and mining industry chains out of

the country’s total exports during the first 6 months of this year increased by 16% in weight and 9% in value.
