Following the 11th Iran Mines and Mining Industries Productivity Award, the first NISCO’s Productivity Committee meeting was held.

According to the public relations of the National Iranian Steel Company, the meeting was held attended by of the Managing Director, deputies, directors, experts of the company, as well as Alavi, company’s productivity advisor, as an effort to initiate organizational synergy and brainstorming.

According to this report, the organization’s productivity trend was explained with an analytical view, and past achievements as a guide for the future path were reviewed.

Furthermore, upcoming programs and approaches to improve productivity and achieve higher levels of performance were explained so that the company’s path in developmental horizons could be followed-up with clarity.
